Payment terms, including any quick-pay option, are stated on every rate confirmation. Ask our carrier team for current terms before you book.
Factoring-friendly
We work with carriers who factor. Send your Notice of Assignment (NOA) and factoring-company verification requests to info@thefreightdynamics.com.

Active MC number and USDOT number in your company's legal name.
Certificate of insurance
A current COI showing your auto liability and cargo coverage.
W-9
A signed W-9 matching your legal business name and tax ID.
